Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Return Window The 14-day withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays. You must notify us before the period expires, then return the item(s) promptly.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please submit a request through your customer account at: https://account.yyrstudiox.com
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
